I have over 7 years of experience in helping clients in New Zealand reach their health and fitness goals by encouraging the development of life-altering behaviours that become habits, positively impacting their lives in general.

I am currently an elite-level powerlifter and have been competing for the past 3 years without injury. In the past, I achieved a 1st Dan black belt in Taekwondo, completed 2 half marathons within a year, and have also dabbled in less intense activities such as Zumba and hip-hop dancing.

With my background in health, fitness, and sports, as well as my extensive knowledge, experience, and specific focus on form and technique for strengthening and conditioning, I am confident that any new client I work with will succeed.

My main goal is to empower you to be conscientious about your health and fitness goals because we all know that 90% of the work required is done when you are not with your coach.
