At Get Going, we provide personalised health and movement-based supports for individuals living with Parkinson’s Disease, delivered with care, understanding, and respect. Our team has experience supporting participants with a range of abilities and focuses on adapting each session to suit the individual’s needs, preferences, and daily capacity.

Our supports focus on safe, supported participation in movement and physical activity, delivered in a way that feels manageable and positive. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include movement-based activities that encourage confidence, coordination, and engagement using functional, everyday actions.

We recognise that living with Parkinson’s can present both physical and mental challenges. Our approach emphasises routine, encouragement, and consistency, creating a supportive environment where participants can engage in movement at a pace that feels appropriate on the day.

Many participants value the sense of confidence, routine, and engagement that comes from regular, supported sessions. Our role is to provide guidance, motivation, and support to help individuals remain active and involved in daily life in a way that aligns with their goals and NDIS funding.

Get Going provides NDIS-funded health and movement-based supports across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, supporting participants with a wide range of needs and abilities.
