Our team of dietitians are able to guide you through the often overcomplicated concept of healthy eating and provide you with evidence-based knowledge and equip you with a solid foundation for good nutrition.

Healthy eating isn’t a one size fits all solution, it looks different for everyone! Our dietitians will work with you to understand your individual medical history, social history and dietary requirements to tailor recommendations for you and your needs. Our dietitians will ask about your preferences and lifestyle to help create a personalised plan. This can include how much time you have for meal preparation and food shopping, any budget or financial concerns, if you are providing food for others in your household, and your skill level in the kitchen.

Our dietitians will also provide you with an educational Handbook and are able to create meal plans to help support you in making healthy dietary changes.
