I've been a personal trainer for 2 and a half years now and spent a long time before that being trained by Australia's biggest coaches. I started having a real passion for health and fitness through my own weight loss journey which was over 25kg fat loss which resulted in me wanting to become a personal trainer to help do the same for others.
I've spent a lot of time doing external learning through mentorships covering topics such as nutrition, physiology of weight loss, training variables, communications and nutrition principles as upskilling is essential.
I also host a podcast where I've spoken with some of the biggest fitness professionals in the nation covering a range of topics.
