I'm Tim – a long-time fitness enthusiast with experience in a variety of sports. I specialize in strength training, as well as boxing & kickboxing-based fitness.
My goal is to help you improve your overall health and quality of life. The approach I take is to meet people where they’re at and provide the knowledge and motivation each needs to achieve their goals. It’s a privilege to be able to play a part in creating positive change.
I believe in taking a well-rounded approach to exercise and creating balanced programs that tap into all aspects of fitness. However, I am always keen to help individuals work towards more specific goals through targeted training. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or improving general health, I am here to help! I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients with varying goals, allowing me to use my knowledge for a great purpose.
