My name is Nancy Ta, a seasoned fitness enthusiast.

My ultimate goal is to facilitate a transition to a healthier and more manageable lifestyle for everyone. I offer a comprehensive range of services, from group training sessions to personalised one-on-one sessions, ensuring that individuals can find a style that resonates with them and propels them toward their fitness aspirations.

I believe that getting in shape shouldn't feel like a punishment. Training is fun and it's not just for fit people. My focus has been client-centred and it will always be. Every shape of body is unique and I believe in the concept of healthy aging. That's why I'm dedicated to helping you find the many enjoyable sides of fitness.

My training program is tailored to your unique needs and goals, so you can achieve the body you've always wanted and the health that helps you do everything easier in life. I have years of experience working with a variety of people and can help you overcome any obstacles you may face on your fitness journey.

I am also fluent in Vietnamese & can speak some basic Chinese (Mandarin).
