Exercise and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, having played sports all throughout my childhood and being in and around the gym for years. More recently, I’ve found a love for endurance sports, having completed a marathon, a triathlon, and achieving a Guinness World Record.
Since joining the industry in 2021, I have worked in a variety of different settings with a vast range of clients and have made it my mission to help people live happier and healthier lives while achieving things they never thought possible.
I seek to understand and connect with people to create a sustainable and enjoyable approach to health and wellness that inspires confidence and meets them where they are at. I create an environment that allows people to become the best version of themselves, where they feel empowered, motivated, and comfortable to communicate openly.
