Having had an athletic upbringing, I've always been involved in various sports but it was during Covid I discovered my true passion for running and weightlifting.
Not only did these activities help me become physically stronger, but they also greatly improved my mental health. Since then, I've been driven to help others find their love for fitness.
I aim to establish strong relationships with my clients, motivating and encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones. Together, we'll work towards achieving better mental and physical health through fitness.
