With the combination of a Diploma of Health Science, Bachelor of Public Health Promotion & Certificate 3&4 in Fitness, I have been able to gain a well-rounded approach to assisting clients towards their goals and becoming the best version of themselves.

I was brought up in a sporting family, playing Basketball and Aussie Rules Football competitively, so I know what it is like to work alongside others, be a part of a team, and value my health & fitness. A recent tear of my ACL sparked an interest in injury prevention and focusing on rehabilitation to ensure I am back to my full potential.

Over the years I have also been a client for a variety of Personal Trainers & Fitness Coaches, to learn and improve my service. Doing this has helped me understand what to do, and what not to do as a professional in the field.

Ensuring my clients feel respected and able to train in a safe environment where they can perform and succeed to the best of their ability. I am passionate about assisting those with injury, and without to overcome the current challenges that they may face, and ultimately achieve their goals.
