My fitness journey started about 3 years ago after taking part in a 6 week challenge at a boxing gym. This experience simultaneously set a fire in me to start moving my body regularly, but also made me think, "Wow, this industry is rife with body-shaming and obsessed with weight! I'd like to change that."
I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, encouraging positive changes in and out of sessions. With a HAES (Health at Every Size) approach to my coaching, I am passionate about helping people of all shapes and sizes find joyful movement, whatever that looks like to them.
