Health and Fitness for me isn’t just a passion or something I have only recently gotten into, it’s a way of life and has been that way since I was a little kid.
I have been training individuals and groups for well over 20 years and enjoy the fulfilment of helping someone achieve a goal that they have set themselves.
I have a lot of experience with strength and conditioning, many different sports, Martial Arts, injury rehabilitation, and prevention, but my main focus has always been Cardiovascular training.
I will never offer false promises, quick fixes, or miracle cures, all I can promise is that hard work pays off
