Before becoming a Personal Trainer I was a professional contemporary dancer and performed shows in New Zealand, China and Europe. I use this knowledge of dance to support my training and move with good form and alignment.
Training helps me feel better physically and mentally and I want to help others feel the same. I strongly believe in the benefits of physical exercise no matter how big or small.
As your coach/friend I will support you and hold you accountable, so you can get the results you want.
