I was a sporty kid and loved soccer, cricket, and tennis. I also danced and studied performing arts after secondary school. Since 2015 I have been a professional contemporary dancer, touring shows around New Zealand and overseas.
But it was during COVID, while gyms were closed, that I became interested in working out at home and outdoors. Working out helped me feel better physically and mentally and was a great way to stay positive over lockdowns.
Since then I have been training regularly and now help others do the same. As a personal trainer, I want my clients to stay motivated, enjoy themselves, and train consistently with good form and technique. I am here to help them every step of the way.
