"Training with Cass is the best. Not only is it fun but I have seen amazing results. What we do is hard but it is amazingly rewarding. I joined not only to strengthen my back but also to keep fit and slim down and she has helped me with all aspects. Training is literally a highlight of my week. I enjoy the one on one aspect as Cass is so easy to get along with and is so lovely. I am also paired with someone else who I get along with so well. We train all together once a week. I will definitely keep going with Get Going. I highly recommend it to anyone who is on the wall. So easy to start and is amazing at pairing trainers. Everyone is so lovely. "
