For the Chicken Salad:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional, for added creaminess)
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, finely diced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup of red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup of celery, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

For the Sandwich:
- 6 slices whole-grain bread
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices

Instructions:
