Small Group Training
Designed for groups of 2-9, our home group training is a great way to stay fit, lose weight and have fun. Get a group of friends together! Not only will you save money, you will also have a lot more fun working out with you friends and family. Another great thing about training with multiple people is that you will keep each other accountable. It’s a lot harder to eat that piece of chocolate cake if you have your friends pushing you, as well as your PT!
